Not to many changes on our real estate market. The prices in some citites went a little bit down, but not significant.

For example a studio now costs about 30,000 euros, with 2% less than a month ago. In Sibiu, Bucharest and Ploiesti situation is exactly the same. In Brasov prices remained the same, and in Cluj Napoca and Constanta prices have climbed by about 5% than last month.

The fact is that in every city you go should not get enough money from his pocket to sit in a fucking studio. But so is Romania, you can not compare our market with English or the American market.

Well, i didn't wrote for a long time, the need of money made me have less time to came around with interesting informations about stock, forex and finances market. But I hope i can add articles soon again, because the blog started to have some visitors and i don't want to dissapoint them.
