Spanish housing market shows great improvements, shows a new report from the Spanish Press. After the 2008 crash and house mortgage meltdown in the next year, spanish people are getting back with a small, but important improvement on house and land deals from the last year. It is clear that the measures made by the new spanish government about 8 months ago had an effect on the Spain Economy and proprieties are being sold to more and more people.

In Catalunya, a place with an important economic output, there have been a significant increase in land sold, because the price was quite low. Same situation can be found in regions la Salamanca or Sevilla, but also in the southern part of Spain that is blessed with beaches on the Mediteranean Sea. If you search for Sell Land Torremolinos on the might google, you can find a lot of offers from people that will sell about 2 h of land on the low price of 25.000 euros, which is quite a good price for a place close to Torremolinos town.

Prices are expected to go up and for a while to stagnate, so now it's a good time to get there and buy a land to start a business. But those prices won't last for long, the analysts say. If the Spanish economy continues to grow, the prices will probably go up faster than now.

So start searching the market, because now it's the time.

Since I've recently been to Dublin to meet some of my friends from Cars For Sale Ireland, I've Had a look of how Ireland looks now, after 5 years of intense crisis.

There were some protests in the capital, the unemployment rate is high (but not as high as in Spain) and the money are short. The city doesn't buzz as much as it did in 2006 (last time when I was in Ireland) and the things don't look so good for the future.

It's going to be a bad period, but they expect that in 2 years Ireland to came back on a positive curve on finance levels. Two years is a lot of time for Irish people. Could they made out of it ?

I've mentioned yestarday that I got a good airport transfer service in Bucharest, which I recommend. It's quite nice and elegant.

And since i am going back in Romania in July, i've been informed by the company that offered me this service that they also have a car rental Bucharest service, if I am interested.

Well, I'll only going to be there for about 24 hours, so I wouldn't need to rent a car. But i'll still hold on to an airport transfer service that they have. But maybe there are others interested, so I've shared the info. :)

The days were rough, but i've managed to get myself into some good business and i got some good cash on some transactions.

Two days ago i just got back from Bucharest. It was nice, a little bit hot (80 F, quite hot in Bucharest). I managed to not get ripped of by taxies in Bucharest and i hired a bucharest airport transfer service, which is actually quite good as a price (30 euros from Otopeni to Bucharest, would you belive it ? ).

I am going to use that service again soon, now that i know where and how i can find it. Maybe with this post i help other foreigners that go into Bucharest, so they can reserve a airport transfer from time and not get ripped of by taxies in Otopeni.

In ultima vremea am inceput sa ma uit de case prin zona Banatului, sa vad ce s-a mai schimbat din zona. Criza a afectat zona de imobiliare timisoara, am vazut case care se vindeau la preturi destul de mari acum 2 luni reduse cu aproximativ 20 %. De exemplu am vazut case in Jimbolia cu 3 camere la 17 000 de euro, cand acum 5 luni erau 20 000 de euro. Si asta fiind aproape de Timisoara, 38 de km.

Am vazut case si mai departe, undeva langa Deta, la Percosova, cu vreo 8000 de euro. Din nefericire pentru cei care vor sa lucreze in Timisoara, transportul e o problema, mai ales daca se bazeaza pe transportul public si nu au o masina personala pentru a ajunge in Timisoara. E aproape si de Resita, dar sunt mult mai putine lucruri de facut in Resita decat in Timisoara.

In apropierea Timisoarei preturile au ramas cam aceleasi, nu s-au schimbat cu mult. Tot preturi mari, tot in zonele de langa Timisoara. Mai nou casele la Rosu din zona Giroc, Ghiroda sau Chisoda sunt mai ieftine, poate pentru ca actualii proprietari nu mai au bani sa le termine si decid ca e mai ok sa isi recupere banii. Din pacate nu toti au bani.
